A summer program where kids do the actual work — feeding, mucking, grooming, groundwork — and earn the ride at the end of it. Tuesdays and Thursdays, mornings, out at the farm.
Limited to six kids a day, on purpose. Everybody works. Nobody sits and watches.
Most horse camps hand a kid a groomed horse, walk them in a circle, and call it a day. We don't do that. Here, kids run the barn the way we do — they learn what a horse needs and why, do the chores that keep it healthy, work the horse from the ground, then ride what they've put the work into. No screens. No busywork. Just the barn, the horses, and the work that earns the saddle.
9am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here's how a day runs — chores first, saddle last, because the ride is the thing you earn.
Pay by the day or grab the 4-Day Pass. Spots are first come — with six a day, they go. Horse, tack, and helmet included; bring boots, long pants, and water.
Come for a single day, any week. Good for trying it out or fitting it around the summer.
Four days, save $25. Best for the kids who want to actually build skill over the summer instead of dabbling.
Ages 6–16. Kids wear boots with a heel and long pants — we provide helmets. Bring water.
A signed waiver is required before the first day, and a free tour first if you've never been out. No exceptions, even for friends.
Weather happens. A rained-out day gets made up, not lost — only lightning cancels, and you'll hear by 8am. Honesty is the pitch.
