If I grant permission, I agree that Gracewood Acres may use the images and video without payment, and that the farm owns the photos and recordings it makes. I understand I will not be identified by full name without separate okay, and that I can revoke this permission at any time by emailing meg@gracewoodstables.com — going forward (already-printed materials excepted).

If this covers a minor, I am their parent or legal guardian and I'm authorized to make this choice for them.
